On the other hand, if you don’t have time to waste and you don’t need all the bells and whistles, social mention could be the tool for you. If this sounds a lot like using a Google search engine, it is, but it’s also different because it clumps your results into categories, rather than altogether like Big G does. If you are one of the lucky people that has ties with a top digital marketing company you probably already have someone that keeps track of data. But, if you want to go a different route or you want to keep track of data on your own, this is the tool to do it with.

For example, say you see a large influx of posts being read on Monday’s around 4:00. Well, you can base your posts around that time on that day to hopefully get more readers reading your posts. It seems like Google updates more frequently than what we can keep up with them. Their latest update, case the Hummingbird Update was announced recently even though they had been using it for about a month prior to the announcement.
